Costs for our SLA services are transparent, and schools are billed annually with no additional charges throughout the year. Our comprehensive offerings include:
- Feasibility studies: Project advice, feasibility and planning
- Statutory Testing and Guidance: We ensure your school is compliant by arranging your 5-year fixed wiring, Legionella, Asbestos Management Plan, and Fire Risk Assessment, and providing guidance once these are in place.
- Advice from PR Asbestos: Your SLA contract includes advice from our colleagues at PR Asbestos.
- Regulatory Guidance: Understanding and complying with regulatory frameworks can be challenging. We provide expert guidance to help you navigate applicable laws and regulations, ensuring your school remains compliant.
- Training needs: We visit your school and speak to your staff, identifying any training needs to ensure you are compliant
- Compliance Audits: We conduct thorough audits to evaluate your school’s adherence to relevant regulations and standards, identifying areas for improvement and mitigating potential risks.
- Service Contract Assistance: We help you find contractors for boiler and heating services, gas soundness testing, fire and emergency lighting, intruder alarm services, fire extinguisher servicing, electrical testing, lift servicing, and more. Our contractors have a history of good workmanship and proper DBS and insurance checks. We provide a schedule of contractors for one-off, maintenance, and emergency work, updated as new contractors are authorized.

Our Fees
Our annual SLA fee is dependent on many factors such as the size of the school, LA maintained or academy, size of the Multi-academy Trust, whether you take advantage of our Annual Building Appraisal, are we providing an audit of your school or Multi-academy Trust or our bespoke SLA to meet your requirements, etc. It is therefore not possible to provide a figure when there are a whole range of options available, we prefer to tailor our fee to your specific requirements ensuring that you get exactly what you need and don’t pay for a penny more
