Nature is my natural reset, and I am at my best when surrounded by it—whether walking through the Teme Valley, catching early sunrises, or happily losing track of time in the garden. I keep myself balanced through Pilates, yoga and weight training, supported by a vegetarian diet. I love full houses and full tables and take great pleasure in feeding people well and making sure everyone feels at home. And, of course, life would be incomplete without the cats—seven so far.

"I love being active, whether it is walking up the beautiful Malvern Hills, jogging alongside the River Severn with my young Border Collie or pushing myself at the gym. Exploring the coast of the UK is something we do as a family in the school holidays, having camped for years we have recently invested in a rooftop tent which has meant even more flexibility and adventures.
